This is past-Katie writing on behalf of future-Katie, who is currently taking a break in Las Vegas. A much, much, much needed break.
One of my closest friends, Joe, lives in Vegas. He was assigned there as a Teach For America corps member in 2005 and is now getting his PhD from UNLV. So not only do I get to stay for free – I get to be shown around by someone that knows the ropes.
I’ve been to Vegas something like 8-9 times. Here are some pictures from the various trips.
